Política de reembolso

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed with the seller).

To start a return, please contact us at info@idoknit.com. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. The return address is provided on your original package or will be shared upon request.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about the refund status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
