Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: Orders are prepared and mailed within 3-5 business days. Please note that this is not an Amazon-style shopping experience. We process shipments in the order they are received. Many of the orders are quite complex and involve multiple components, as we offer a wide range of formats, including different weights and winding options, such as balls and cones. As a result, it often takes considerable time to prepare even a single order.
- Processing Days: Monday–Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays.
- Combined Shipping: We reserve the right to combine shipping for multiple orders placed before the initial shipment has been processed. This allows us to ensure efficient packaging and delivery. Please note that refunds for combined shipping fees will not be issued in such cases. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
International Shipping:
- Please allow additional time for international orders due to customs clearance, shipping carrier schedules, and transit delays. Estimated delivery times will vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks after processing.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
