✨ Texture & Feel:
This yarn is the epitome of luxury, renowned for its exquisite softness and fluffiness. The high 80% Angora content creates a substantial, delicate halo that captures air for superior warmth. The Polyamide component adds necessary structure to the delicate Angora fibers, helping to minimize shedding and maintain the yarn's form.
🧶 A Note from the Knitter
This is an exceptional yarn for creating heirloom-quality pieces. The natural fluffiness of the Angora is truly revealed after a gentle wash, creating a luxurious cloud-like fabric that is incredibly soft to the touch.
🧶 Recommended Use:
This luxury Sport Weight yarn offers extraordinary warmth and a distinct texture.
• Garments: Ideal for cozy yet elegant sweaters, soft cardigans, and vests where the signature Angora fluffiness is desired.
• Accessories: Excellent for knitting luxurious scarves, cowls, and hats.
• Companion Yarn: Can be held with a fine silk or merino thread to increase volume and create a heavier gauge.
🧶 Knitting with Multiple Strands
• This yarn is used in a single thread for Sport Weight, but can be doubled for a heavier gauge:
• 2 Threads: Creates a DK/Light Worsted weight yarn with an approximate yardage of 225m (246yd) per 100g.
🧶Recommendations for Weaving:
This yarn is primarily recommended for weft in woven fabrics. Its luxurious softness, halo, and warmth make it an ideal choice for high-end accessories like scarves and shawls, lending an exquisite texture to the cloth.
🧶 Recommended Needles & Hooks (Based on Single-Thread Knitting):
• For knitting with one thread (creating a Sport weight), we recommend 3.5–4.0 mm (US 4–6) needles. The general gauge is 24–26 stitches per 4 inches (10 cm) in stockinette stitch. Use the smaller end of the range (3.5mm) for a denser, more structured fabric, and the larger end (4.0mm) for a softer, fluffier drape.
• For crochet, use hooks in the range of 3.5–4.0 mm (E-4 to G-6).
📏 Estimated Usage (Based on Single-Thread Sport Knit):
• Sweater (M): 400–500g (1800–2250m / 1972–2465 yd)
• Shawl: 150–250g (675–1125m / 739–1232 yd)
• Scarf: 100–150g (450–675m / 493–739 yd)
📍 Care Instructions:

⚑ FOR FULL-CONE SALES, THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE CONE. Yarn will remain on its original cone.
⚑ FOR YARN THAT IS NOT SOLD AS A FULL CONE BUT IN VARIOUS WOUND WEIGHTS, ALL YARN WILL BE WOUND INTO BALLS BY DEFAULT. CONES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARN PRICE. However, we can wind it onto cones upon request. Cones may be purchased separately if you prefer continuous yardage for machine knitting or multi-strand projects. One color is typically wound per cone to maintain consistency.
PLEACE BUY CONES HERE
Unlike other shops where cone costs are often built into the yarn price—regardless of the format—our pricing is transparent. You pay only for the yarn itself. If you’d like your order wound on a cone, it can be purchased separately. This small additional charge also helps cover packaging differences and the actual cost of the cone. No hidden fees, no inflated markups—just honest, straightforward pricing.
Please Note
Please Note
- Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.
- Colors are photographed in natural light but may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
- FOR YARN THAT IS CUSTOM-WOUND, ±1–2g variation per 100g may occur due to winding.
- Each ball/cone is wound with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
