Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only sell yarn wound on cones?

By default, purchased coned yarn is wound into BALLS, allowing you to knit with two threads from both ends if needed. WANT YOUR YARN ON CONES? Please BUY CONES HERE, or via the link in the listing, homepage, or Supplies section.

What if I want to return a product?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 Every order includes tracking. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees—subject to fast-changing tariffs—are the buyer’s responsibility and are usually paid to your local postal service or customs office upon delivery. Where is your store located?

This is an online-only yarn shop, thoughtfully curated and packed from our small workspace in Folsom, California. It’s just me and my husband behind the scenes — selecting, testing, photographing, and shipping every order with care.

We don’t have a physical storefront, but local customers are always welcome to pick up their orders. Simply choose the Local Pickup option at checkout — no shipping fee will be charged.

You can pay online using any available payment option at checkout, or select Cash at Pickup if you prefer to pay when you collect your order.

Orders are usually prepared within 3–5 business days or sooner, depending on order complexity. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions and a phone number to schedule your pickup time. Please wait for the “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming.
