Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are based on total order weight and are designed to be buyer-friendly. As you add more items to your cart, the cost per item usually decreases, so larger orders often provide better shipping value.

International shipping from the U.S. is expensive for small parcels. We charge carrier-based shipping as accurately as possible. For the best value, we recommend combining several yarns in one order, because shipping becomes much better per item.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 3 – 5 business days.

Please note that this is not an Amazon-style shopping experience. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Many orders are complex and may include multiple yarn formats, weights, or winding options such as balls and cones. Preparing even a single order can take a significant amount of time.

Estimated delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Processing Days

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.
Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays.

 

Address Accuracy (Important)

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit number, correct ZIP/postal code, and a working phone number for international shipments when required by the carrier.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.

 

Combined Shipping

We reserve the right to combine multiple orders placed by the same customer prior to shipment. If orders are combined, the original shipping charges calculated at checkout remain in effect and are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Protection & Support

Your order matters, and we always do our best to ensure that it arrives safely. When necessary, we may purchase additional shipping insurance.

If an issue occurs during transit, we assist with carrier claims and provide support whenever possible. While we cannot complete every step of the claims process on behalf of the customer, we do our best to help resolve shipping issues as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

Carrier Delays

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, weather disruptions, or other transit issues outside of our control. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed.

 

International Shipping

Please allow additional time for international orders due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, and transit delays. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks after processing.

We ship worldwide and provide tracking for all shipments.

Customs policies and import regulations vary by country and may change without notice.

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees required by their country. These charges are not collected by us at checkout and are typically paid directly to the local postal service, courier, or customs office upon delivery.

Carriers and customs authorities may require the recipient to provide additional information such as confirmation of duties payment, identification, or contact details. Failure to pay customs duties, failure to respond to the carrier, or failure to provide requested information may result in the shipment being delayed or returned to the sender.

 

Multiple Packages

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to facilitate shipping and customs processing. Each package will have its own tracking number.

 

High-Value Orders

For high-value shipments, we reserve the right to require signature confirmation upon delivery.

In certain cases, additional shipping insurance may be required. If additional insurance is necessary, the cost of this insurance must be paid by the customer before shipment.

For high-value orders, we may also contact the customer to confirm shipping details before dispatching the package.

 

Returned or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or returned to the sender due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

• failure to claim the shipment
• failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• failure to respond to the carrier
• incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address provided by the customer
• refusal of delivery for any reason

the order will be treated as a returned shipment and handled according to the options below once the package has been returned and inspected.

 

Option 1 – Reshipment

The order may be reshipped after the customer pays the full cost of a new shipping label and any additional charges billed to the seller by the carrier.

These charges may include but are not limited to:

• return shipping fees
• carrier handling or correction fees
• brokerage fees
• customs duties or taxes charged back to the sender
• storage fees
• any other charges billed by the carrier

 

Option 2 – Store Credit (No Refund to Original Payment Method)

Returned shipments are not refunded to the original payment method.

The customer may receive store credit for the value of the returned products minus all shipping costs and carrier charges associated with the shipment and its return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Store credit may be used for future purchases in the store.

 

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for shipments returned due to:

• the customer’s failure to claim the shipment
• failure to pay customs duties or taxes
• failure to respond to the carrier
• incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer

If the total carrier charges exceed the order value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned shipment has been received and inspected.

 

Delivery Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery location is secure and accessible for the carrier.
