Collection: Yarn By Fiber | Vicuña

Vicuña — often called the “fiber of the gods” — is the finest natural fiber in the world, softer than cashmere and rarer than any farmed wool. Collected only once every three years from protected wild animals in the Andes, its supply is extremely limited. For this reason, vicuña is normally reserved for couture textiles, and yarns containing it are rarely available to hand knitters.
