STELLATO by RiGo, Italy is an elegant Italian cotton yarn with integrated paillettes, designed to add refined sparkle without overwhelming the fabric. The strand is built from four extrafine cotton threads, and 2 mm paillettes are placed at regular intervals along the yarn (approximately every 5–10 cm / 2–4 inches) to create a light, sophisticated shimmer.

Color-specific detail: in the Olive and Pink colorways, one of the four cotton threads is a shiny mercerized cotton strand, twisted around the other three. This adds extra dimension and a subtle sheen even between the paillettes.

This yarn is difficult to capture accurately on camera. Paillettes and shine do not photograph well, and the true beauty, depth, and refined shimmer of STELLATO are far more visible in person. For the best impression, we strongly recommend using the zoom function on the photos to appreciate the texture and metallic detail.

However, we can wind it onto cones upon request. Cones may be purchased separately if you prefer continuous yardage for machine knitting or multi-strand projects. One color is typically wound per cone to maintain consistency.

Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.

FOR YARN THAT IS CUSTOM-WOUND, ±1–2g variation per 100g may occur due to winding.
Each ball/cone is wound with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
