• Do you only sell yarn wound on cones?

By default, purchased coned yarn is wound into BALLS, allowing you to knit with two threads from both ends if needed. WANT YOUR YARN ON CONES? Please BUY CONES HERE, or via the link in the listing, homepage, or Supplies section. Add a note with cone weights at checkout or message me directly.

• What if I want to return a product?

No problem! Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Check our Refund Policies for more details.

• Where is your store located?

This is an online-only store, but we have a small facility in Folsom, California. We’ll notify you when it becomes available for visits by appointment.

• Processing Time: Orders are prepared and mailed within 3-5 business days.
• Processing Days: Monday - Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. national holidays.
• International Shipping: Please allow additional time for international orders due to customs clearance, shipping carrier schedules, and transit delays. Estimated delivery times will vary by destination and may take 2 - 6 weeks after processing. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
