Despite being mercerized cotton, the yarn feels exceptionally soft — even directly on the cone — making it pleasant to work with and comfortable to wear.

This cotton has a soft matte appearance with a very subtle natural sheen — never glossy or reflective. The strand is gently spun rather than tightly twisted, creating a relaxed, smooth fabric with a comfortable hand feel. The yarn feels cool against the skin and provides clean stitch definition while remaining soft and natural in look.

One color is typically wound per cone to maintain consistency.

Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.
