➤ My First Impressions
AURA SOFT is one of those yarns that immediately feels luxurious before you even begin knitting. The strand is incredibly light and airy, with a soft brushed halo that gives it a cloud-like appearance while remaining surprisingly strong thanks to the Silk core.
Unlike many fluffy yarns, the halo is refined rather than overwhelming. The Silk stabilizes the Cashmere fibers beautifully, allowing the yarn to glide smoothly on the needles while creating elegant, even stitches. The fabric feels exceptionally soft against the skin and has the kind of lightweight warmth that only premium Cashmere can provide.
What impressed me most is how effortlessly luxurious this yarn feels. Even simple stockinette stitch becomes elegant because the fluffy texture naturally softens the fabric and creates beautiful visual depth.
This is exactly the type of yarn I would choose for timeless luxury garments that are warm, sophisticated, and incredibly comfortable to wear.
✦ Texture & Feel:
Wonderfully soft, airy, and feather-light with a delicate brushed halo. The high Cashmere content creates exceptional warmth without weight, while the Silk adds graceful drape, strength, and subtle natural sheen.
The finished fabric feels cloud-soft, luxurious, and exceptionally comfortable next to the skin.
➤ Recommended Uses:
Perfect for luxury sweaters, elegant cardigans, shawls, wraps, scarves, hats, cowls, baby garments, heirloom accessories, lightweight winter knitwear, and couture layering pieces.
✧ Strand Weight Guide:
Because this is a fine luxury yarn, you can easily create different yarn weights by adjusting the number of strands.
• 2 strands → Lace (490 m/100g)
• 3 strands → Fingering (327 m/100g)
• 4 strands → DK (245 m/100g)
• 5 strands → Aran (196 m/100g)
• 6 strands → Chunky (163 m/100g)
• 7–9 strands → Roving (140–109 m/100g)
Needle size and finished fabric will vary depending on your knitting style, stitch pattern, and desired drape. Always knit and wash a swatch before making final gauge decisions.

• Always make a washed swatch before beginning your project.
➤ Weaving Suitability:
Excellent for weaving as a luxurious weft yarn. The Cashmere develops a beautiful soft bloom after finishing, while the Silk provides strength and elegant drape. Perfect for heirloom scarves, wraps, luxury shawls, and lightweight woven fabrics.

⚑ FOR FULL-CONE SALES, THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR THE CONE. Yarn will remain on its original cone.
⚑ FOR YARN THAT IS NOT SOLD AS A FULL CONE BUT IN VARIOUS WOUND WEIGHTS, ALL YARN WILL BE WOUND INTO BALLS BY DEFAULT. CONES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE YARN PRICE. However, we can wind it onto cones upon request. Cones may be purchased separately if you prefer continuous yardage for machine knitting or multi-strand projects. One color is typically wound per cone to maintain consistency.
PLEASE BUY CONES HERE
Unlike other shops where cone costs are often built into the yarn price—regardless of the format—our pricing is transparent. You pay only for the yarn itself. If you’d like your order wound on a cone, it can be purchased separately. This small additional charge also helps cover packaging differences and the actual cost of the cone. No hidden fees, no inflated markups—just honest, straightforward pricing.
Please Note
Please Note
- Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.
- Colors are photographed in natural light but may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
- FOR YARN THAT IS CUSTOM-WOUND, ±1–2g variation per 100g may occur due to winding.
- Each ball/cone is wound with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
