CASH SETA is a rare luxury cashmere silk yarn from an exclusive Italian mill, combining 70% cashmere and 30% silk in one of the most desirable fiber blends available. Incredibly soft, lightweight, and elegant, this yarn creates fabric with exceptional drape, natural silk luminosity, and the unmistakable comfort that only high-quality cashmere can provide. Whether used for knitting, machine knitting, weaving, crochet, or custom yarn blending, CASH SETA adds a level of refinement that is difficult to achieve with ordinary yarns.

Unlike many luxury yarns that are purchased only for softness, CASH SETA is valued for what it does to the finished fabric. It adds warmth without bulk, improves drape, enhances comfort, and creates a smoother, more polished appearance. Even a single strand held together with another yarn can transform the finished garment into something noticeably softer, lighter, and more luxurious.

An exceptional yarn for blending — a true luxury companion that elevates almost any fiber you pair it with.

⚑ Why This Yarn Is Special
CASH SETA combines two of the world's most sought-after luxury fibers in a perfectly balanced blend.

Cashmere provides softness, warmth, and comfort, while silk contributes strength, stability, drape, and natural luminosity. Together they create fabric that feels luxurious without becoming heavy, bulky, or overly warm.

This is the type of yarn often chosen by experienced knitters, weavers, and machine knitters when they want to improve the overall quality of a finished project rather than simply add another strand.

Even a small amount can dramatically improve softness, drape, comfort, and overall fabric quality.

➤ IMPORTANT — Yarn Usage

CASH SETA is an exceptionally fine lace-weight yarn and can be used in several different ways depending on the fabric you want to create.

For hand knitting, most knitters will work with approximately 5–8 strands held together, allowing this yarn to create everything from lightweight sweaters and cardigans to warm luxury garments with exceptional softness and drape.

This is an extra-fine lace yarn and is most valuable as a luxury companion yarn.

It can be held together with merino, alpaca, mohair, linen, cotton, silk, bouclé, paillettes yarns, and many other fibers to create custom luxury blends with improved softness, drape, warmth, and comfort.

Please Note

  • Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.
  • Colors are photographed in natural light but may appear slightly different depending on your screen.
  • FOR YARN THAT IS CUSTOM-WOUND, ±1–2g variation per 100g may occur due to winding.
  • Each ball/cone is wound with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
