However, we can wind it onto cones upon request. Cones may be purchased separately if you prefer continuous yardage for machine knitting or multi-strand projects. One color is typically wound per cone to maintain consistency.

If you’d like your order wound on a cone, it can be purchased separately. This small additional charge also helps cover packaging differences and the actual cost of the cone. Please keep in mind: cone yarns, especially those made with extra fine merino or cashmere, may include a protective coating used for industrial knitting. A few gentle washes will allow the yarn to bloom, soften, and reveal its natural texture.

FOR YARN THAT IS CUSTOM-WOUND, ±1–2g variation per 100g may occur due to winding.
Each ball/cone is wound with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
