At iDOKNiT, I take immense pride in recreating movie-inspired knitwear with craftsmanship, personalization, and care. Each sweater is individually hand knitted and made to order using your body measurements. I have made several of these sweaters for customers over the years, and the photos and videos in this listing show actual sweaters I have made for previous clients. I always try to make each one as close as possible to the original movie look while keeping the character of a completely hand-knitted garment.

⌁ ABOUT THE ORIGINAL LOOK
I make each sweater as close as possible to the original look from Love Actually, including the colors, overall proportions, zipper and high collar.
Please keep in mind that the original movie garment has a different construction. The front is made from fabric, while the back and sleeves are machine knitted with finer yarn and a slightly different pattern. My version is completely hand knitted, so the yarn and finished knitted fabric are naturally thicker.
Because of this difference in construction, the collar may be slightly different in size and may not open or fall exactly the same way as the collar on the original movie garment. I make it tall enough so it can be folded over, or it can also be worn zipped all the way up as a high stand-up collar.
The photos and videos in this listing show my actual finished sweaters and are the best representation of how my hand-knitted version looks.

⚑ CUSTOM SIZING
After checkout, I will contact you for your custom body measurements:
• Chest circumference
• Waist circumference
• Hip circumference
• Sweater Length — from the shoulder down to your preferred length
• Sleeve Length — from the base of the neck where the collar starts, across the shoulder and down to your desired sleeve length
• Wrist circumference
Please provide your actual body measurements rather than measurements taken from another sweater or cardigan.

➤ CUSTOMIZATION
If you would like small adjustments — a longer body, wider or longer sleeves, a different zipper type when available, a shorter collar, a more fitted or relaxed shape, or a specific color combination — just let me know.
I am happy to personalize the design to reflect your preferences. Please contact me before ordering if you would like a different color combination so I can confirm current yarn availability.

✦ MATERIALS
The sweater is hand knitted using 100% Peruvian wool held together with Italian merino yarn from my iDOKNiT yarn shop.
Using the two yarns together creates a substantial, warm knitted fabric, while the Italian merino adds softness to the finished sweater.

⫯ MADE TO ORDER
This is not a ready-to-ship sweater. Each cardigan is individually knitted for the customer after the order is placed.
Due to my current high volume of custom orders, please allow approximately 10–12 weeks for preparation and knitting before shipping, or sooner if possible.
Shipping and delivery transit time begins after your custom sweater has been completed.

⟳ CARE
Hand wash gently in cool water using a wool-safe detergent. Do not wring or twist. Reshape and lay flat to dry.

RETURNS FOR CUSTOM KNITWEAR
Because this sweater is individually made to your measurements and specifications, custom-made knitwear is not eligible for return or exchange.
